You can see all the gigs on our Ents24 calendar if you don’t like our Calendar. ’Cos you’re odd, like.

As you can see on the right, we use Twitter. Expect to receive updates on our menu specials, the ales we’re serving, gigs and other events/items of interest/random nonsense.

Quotes and features
In April 2012 Beese’s hosted our biggest gig so far when Dan Baird & Homemade Sin played here. Check out a couple of reviews here and here.

The Bristol Evening Post regularly featured Beese’s in their (now defunct) Crackerjack eating out section, and in 2009 we got a rare 9/10 review for Ma Beese’s Gourmet Fish Supper.

“Utterly beguiling riverside garden setting, where seasonal menus evince a simple-things-done-well ethos in a fabulously family friendly environment” - lots of nice quotes from Venue Magazine.

BBC’s fifty things to do before you die: number 6 - “A ferry from Bath to Bristol stopping at Beese’s Teas Garden”. Read the full story...
Ferries

The Bristol Packet have been running cruises to Beese’s for longer than most people care to remember. Public trips run every Sunday during the season, on weekdays during the school holidays, and private hire trips are also available. “The Packet’s excursion to Beese’s Tea Gardens (it’s OK, they have alcohol, too) is a local institution” - Venue Magazine.
