BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
To secure your booking, credit card details will be requested. No charge will be made in advance but if you fail to turn up or you cancel your booking within 24 hours, a charge of £5 per person will be applied. For Friday band nights and special events there will be an entry fee chargeable.
We ask that you give us as much notice of a cancellation or change in numbers as possible, and at least 24 hours (otherwise a charge will apply). You can cancel by emailing us with your booking details.
For larger party bookings of more than 15 people, a deposit will be required to secure your table upon booking, which will be redeemed against your bill. A full refund will be given for cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead of your booking. If members of your party do not show up their deposit will be kept in full and not redeemed against the final bill.
Please bear in mind that you may need to queue for the Beeses boat to cross the river, so we ask that you factor this into your travel time to ensure you arrive in time for your booking. We reserve the right to cancel the operation of the Beeses boat without prior notice.
We will be open for outside bookings only from 7th May until 16th May 2021.
During this time, it will be possible to reserve tables outside for a maximum of 6 people and for up to 2 hours. Please do not attend your booking if you or anyone from your household is experiencing Covid-19 symptoms.
Some of the tables are covered but we can not guarantee where you will be sitting at the time of booking, so please dress for all weather conditions – bring umbrellas, coats, blankets etc!
Bookings for tables indoors can be made from 17th May 2021.
On arrival we require that you follow the instructions given by staff and outlined below;
• Check in via the NHS Contact Tracing App (or alternative in-house system).
• Use hand sanitiser on arrival. • Wash hands and use hand sanitiser after using the toilet facilities.
• Wear a mask upon entry and any time you are not sat at your designated table (unless you have an exemption card).
• Adhere to social distancing when moving around the premises.
• Remain at your table as much as possible and allow staff to come to you to minimise movement.
All of our staff have been trained in good codes of conduct when dealing with the control measures that we have put in place so that you can have a safe, enjoyable time with us.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you back!
We can’t guarantee a covered table and certainly can’t predict the weather so bring appropriate outerwear, blankets, umbrellas etc.
The car park gets very busy and we have limited space, so please try to park on Wyndham Crescent and surrounding roads (without obstructing driveways). Or better yet, walk, cycle or use public transport (see our website for directions and bus routes).
Please adhere to Covid-19 guidance and as instructed by staff and signage around the premises.
Each table will have a QR code which you can scan to view the food and drinks menus. We will be operating table service for ordering to minimise the amount of time you need to be away from your table. There will be service paddles on each table to signal waiting staff. Please be patient with our staff during busy times.
